Lucy's Market has all of the ingredients you need to whip up this healthy, flavorful dish. Swing by the market to pick up Strive mini veggie burgers, fresh arugula, Georgia Olive Farms olive oil, parmesan cheese, fresh lemons, and ripe avocados.


To prepare the salad, slice half of an avocado over a large bowl of arugula, then squeeze the juice of one lemon over the bowl. Top with parmesan cheese shavings. Quickly sear four veggie patties in a hot skillet with a splash of olive oil, until warmed through and slightly browned. Add cooked, chopped patties to salad, and drizzle with more olive oil to taste. Enjoy!
