RETURN policy

Thank you for shopping at lucysmarket.com. We are dedicated to delivering top quality products along with excellent customer service from start to finish. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If for any reason, that is not the case, please email baskets@lucysmarket.com. We are here to help.

Should you find it necessary to return an item, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery for a refund of purchase price provided that items are returned to us in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.  If something arrives broken or damaged, or an item is missing, please notify us within 3 days. If items are broken, you may be asked to send pictures and hold on to the package to return to UPS for a damage claim.  We will gladly send a replacement. For a variety of reasons, we occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value in our gift basket products. Send the return to:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We can not accept returns on sale items or holiday items within 7 days of the holiday or after the holiday.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at baskets@lucysmarket.com. If your return is accepted, please package and send the items back to the address provided and please email us the tracking number.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If damaged, please send pictures and hold onto the item and packaging.  We may file a damage claim with UPS and will need you to provide them with the item and packaging.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or holiday items within a week before or anytime after the holiday. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
