Bittermilk Cocktail Mixer

Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Fashioned: We've recreated this gentlemen's cocktail by using classic bittering agents like gentian root and cinchona bark along with burnt sugar, spices and a bit of orange peel. Aged in Willett bourbon barrels to allow the flavors to come together and ramp up the intensity. It is super concentrated so a little bit goes a long way. Best with aged spirits. Stir 1 part No.1 + 4 parts Bourbon or Rye in a glass with ice. Garnish with an orange peel.

Bourbon Barrel Manhattan: Using port wine (alcohol-removed), grapes, raisins and our No.1 Bitter Formula we replicate the sweet vermouth flavor, enhanced with a bit of cherry. Aged in Willett bourbon barrels, it gains charred oak and vanilla notes, while our trademark No.1 Bitter Formula (the base of our No.1 Old Fashioned) adds complex bitterness for balance.

Margarita Rosato: Bittermilk No.8 Margarita Rosato is a non-alcoholic mixer that honors the proportions of a margarita, but is built with Italian blood orange and lime with subtle hints of gentian, rhubarb and orange peel, reminiscent of a classic Italian Aperitivo.

Bittermilk Margarita Rosato mixes beautifully with tequila, however it truly shines when mixed simply as a non-alcoholic spritz with soda water and ice. A complex, satisfying non-alcoholic cocktail has never been so simple to make.

Espresso Martini: Limited Edition Espresso Martini mixer is a robust blend of freshly roasted coffee and bittersweet cacao. Partnering with Charleston’s Second State Coffee, we craft a dark-roasted espresso syrup. The combination of demerara and burnt sugar compliment the deep notes of espresso with bittersweetness. Chocolate notes from French Broad Chocolate's cacao fines enhanced by a hint of vanilla round out the mixer.
