The grapes for Faire La Fête® Brut Crémant de Limoux are exclusively hand-picked from precise vineyard plots surrounding the 42 villages of Limoux, France. A blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir, our Brut is golden in color with vibrant aromas and flavors of baked apple, white cherry and lemon meringue with a prominent yet delicate mousse.
Our Chardonnay vineyards are primarily in the Haute-Vallée and Autan sub-zones of Limoux where chalky clay, gravel and limestone bedrock predominate in the cooler foothills of the Pyrenees. Our Chenin Blanc vineyards are primarily in the warmer Mediterranean sub-zone where gravel soils mix with chalky clay-marl.
Made in the méthode traditionnelle, the wine then spends 15-18 months on the lees before being disgorged.
