HELLUVA HATCH — Heat Index: 2/5 Chicken and rice chicken and rice chicken and rice…..do you get the point? This is a very mild sauce made from the wonderful hatch chili pepper. IT is full of flavor, and pairs excellent with…..chicken, rice, and mexican. But hey, get creative with this one!
MEXICAN QUAD — Heat Index: 4/5 When someone asks what’s your everyday sauce, this was our answer for a long time. We have since made a Louisiana table hot sauce that joins that list. The Mexican Quad pairs great with Mexican food ofc, but it can be added to just about anything for a little extra full flavor heat!
RED EYE — Heat Index: 4/5 This beautiful red-hot sauce is made in the Louisiana style with just a slight twist. The garlic really shines in this sauce. We use red habaneros grown in the Dominican Republic for this sauce. The habaneros are well-blended using pickled vinegar combined with white vinegar and spices to complete the taste profile. The result is a wonderful Louisiana sauce with more heat and flavor than your typical Frank’s, Texas Pete, etc.
HOLY GUACAMOLE — A guacamole hot sauce! This sauce is made with fresh avocados and a fermented serrano mash. To round out the full guacamole flavor we added fresh lime juice, cilantro, black pepper, and garlic! This is a must for all Mexican and Tex Mex!
