Marky’s Siberian Sturgeon Caviar is produced from Acipenser baerii sturgeon raised from the original Siberian fingerlings sourced from one of the world’s largest and most respected aquafarms in Italy. These meticulously cared-for sturgeon thrive in pristine, carefully regulated environments that support optimal roe quality and consistency.
Renowned among caviar enthusiasts, this variety is celebrated for its delicate, buttery flavor accented by a subtle touch of sea salt.
