Corn Chowder: 

Treat yourself and your family to this luscious, creamy corn chowder when you want an easy night in. Add your favorite seafood or chop up some bacon to enhance its already luxurious taste. (Serves 4-6)

 As packaged: GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE, AND VEGAN

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    Add soup mix to 4 1/2 cups of milk OR, for a creamier chowder, use 3 1/2 cups of milk and 1 cup of half & half and stir. Bring to a boil then gently simmer for 30-45 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir frequently.

  • TASTY TIP

     Crispy crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar are great additions to this chowder. OR roasted chicken or cooked salmon give pizazz to this simple one pot dish.

Quinoa Enchilada Casserole: 

Definitely a show stopper of flavors. Beans, corn, sweet potatoes and quinoa in a rich enchilada flavored sauce makes it a colorful, healthy and delicious choice. Add some grilled chicken, steak, or your favorite protein to really make it shine. Serve this at your next dinner party. It's that good! (Serves 4-6)

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add soup mix to 3 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on LOW until quinoa absorbs all the water and is tender (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat, let sit for 10 minutes, and enjoy.

    If Baking: Immediately pour the warm mixture out of the pot into a lightly oiled casserole dish with an additional 1/4 cup of water. Stir in cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella OR cheddar cheese and sprinkle cheese and green onions on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

Vegtable Bean Chili: 

This robust three bean chili is rich with nutrients and taste bud surprises. A mixture of beans, sweet potatoes, carrots, and spices make this a perfect stand alone chili. Add ground beef, ground turkey, or your favorite protein to make it extra hearty. Sprinkle on your favorite chili toppings and enjoy a meal that tastes like you've been cooking all day long.(Serves 4-6)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add soup mix to 5 cups of water and stir. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on LOW for 45-60 minutes
CROCK POT DIRECTION: Add soup mix to 4 1/2 cups of water in crock-pot and stir. Cook on HIGH for approximately 2 1/2 hours. OR cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
TASTY TIP: Enjoy on it's own as a vegetarian chili or add sauteed ground beef, ground turkey, chicken, or your favorite protein. Top with sour cream, sharp shredded cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and cilantro.
