The newest addition to the Tarpon Family, this Gewurztraminer is part of the American Beauty series that celebrates oyster farmers. Fermented and aged in a concrete egg, the fruit is from the Balletto Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. Foggy nights preserve the acid that is the foundation for this bone dry example of a classic aromatic white. Bursting with floral notes and potpourri, the concrete lends a touch of minerality not often found in domestic whites. This wine was made specifically to raise money and awareness for Oyster South, a non-profit dedicated to supporting the advancement of aquaculture in the South. That means that 1% of all sales will go to the organization, and we encourage you to follow them on Instagram @OysterSouth
