In a relaxed, beautifully guided setting, you’ll learn the fundamentals of natural fermentation while gaining a deeper understanding of technique, timing, and intuition.
Together, we’ll make a sourdough starter, shape a loaf to take home, and learn about reading fermentation cues to achieve exceptional flavor and texture. Thoughtful tips, professional insights, and personalized guidance are woven throughout the experience.
What you’ll take home:
- A jar of your freshly made starter
- Your own hand-shaped sourdough dough (to bake at home)
